LIFE COACHING

Identity. Awareness. Transformation.

About me

Somer Boyle

I work at the intersection of awareness, identity, and transformation. My path here wasn’t linear. It was shaped by years of creative work, deep observation, and sitting with people in moments where they finally saw themselves differently.

Before I ever called myself a coach, I was already doing the work. Guiding women through experiences that shifted how they held themselves, how they spoke about themselves, and how they moved through the world. I learned quickly that confidence isn’t something you give someone. It’s something you help them remember.

My approach is calm, intentional, and deeply human. I don’t believe in fixing people or forcing change. I believe in creating the conditions where clarity, self-trust, and confidence can surface naturally.

Everything I offer is rooted in one truth:

When you change how you see yourself, everything else follows.

That belief became the foundation of The Identity Recode™ Method, a framework that blends awareness, nervous system regulation, self-perception, and intentional identity alignment. It’s the lens through which I coach, create, and guide.

HOW I WORK

I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level motivation.

I offer space, guidance, and perspective.

Whether through coaching, group experiences, or creative work, my role is to help you slow down, see clearly, and reconnect with the version of yourself that already knows who she is.

You don’t need to become someone new.

You need to return to yourself with intention.

This work is not about quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It’s about identity-level change that creates lasting shifts in how you think, feel, and move through your life.

If you’re ready to invest in yourself with intention, you’ll find the right entry point here.

WHY YOU NEED A COACH

Not to fix you. To help you see clearly.

Most people don’t struggle because they lack discipline, motivation, or intelligence.

They struggle because they’re trying to change from inside the same patterns that created the problem.

A coach isn’t there to tell you what to do.

A coach is there to help you see what you can’t see alone.

We all have blind spots. Not because we’re unaware, but because our nervous system is designed to protect what’s familiar. Even when what’s familiar no longer serves us.

That’s where coaching changes everything.

YOU DON’T NEED MORE INFORMATION

You already know what you should do.

What you need is:

  • Perspective
  • Regulation
  • Reflection
  • Accountability without judgment
  • A space where you don’t have to perform

A coach helps you slow down enough to notice what’s actually driving your choices, emotions, and reactions.

CHANGE DOESN’T HAPPEN THROUGH FORCE

It happens through awareness.

When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, it’s rarely because something is “wrong” with you. It’s usually because your identity hasn’t caught up to who you’re becoming.

A coach helps bridge that gap.

Not by pushing.

But by guiding.

A COACH SEES YOUR PATTERNS BEFORE YOU DO

You live inside your thoughts.

A coach listens around them.

They hear:

  • The language you repeat
  • The beliefs you protect
  • The identity you’re operating from
  • The hesitation you minimize
  • And they reflect it back to you in a way that feels safe, grounded, and empowering.

That reflection creates choice.

Choice creates change.

THIS IS WHAT COACHING ACTUALLY GIVES YOU

  • Clarity without overwhelm
  • Confidence without performance
  • Direction without pressure
  • Accountability without shame
  • A relationship with yourself that feels steady

Coaching isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about removing what’s in the way of who you already are.

WHO COACHING IS FOR

Coaching is for you if:

  • You feel capable but internally disconnected
  • You’ve outgrown old versions of yourself
  • You want depth, not hype
  • You’re ready to move with intention instead of reaction
  • You value self-awareness and emotional intelligence

You don’t need to be broken to benefit from coaching.

You need to be ready to see yourself clearly.

A FINAL THOUGHT

The most successful, grounded people don’t avoid coaching.

They seek it.

Because they understand that growth doesn’t happen in isolation.

If something in you feels curious right now, trust that.

Curiosity is often the first signal that it’s time for support.

WHERE COACHING MEETS PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography has always been more than images to me.

It’s been a way of helping people see themselves differently.

Before the camera ever comes out, there is awareness. How someone holds themselves. How they speak about their body. What they believe they’re allowed to be seen as. Over the years, I realized that the most powerful part of the experience wasn’t the final photograph. It was the moment a person recognized themselves with clarity and confidence.

Coaching grew naturally from that work.

Today, photography and coaching are woven together intentionally. The camera becomes a tool for reflection, not performance. Coaching creates the internal shift. Photography captures the external alignment.

Together, they create transformation that lasts beyond the session.

You don’t need to choose between art and growth.

This is where both exist.

Photography shows you what’s possible.

Coaching helps you live it.
