There’s something I realized while earning my coaching certification, and it changed everything about how I show up for women.
I am not here to convince you to stay in a relationship that is shrinking you.
Not for the kids.
Not for the money.
Not for appearances.
Not for family pressure.
Not for fear.
If a relationship keeps you stagnant, doubting yourself, or slowly disappearing inside your own life… I will not encourage you to hold onto it.
Because I have seen what happens when women leave relationships that no longer serve them. I’ve lived it. I’ve witnessed it in friends. I’ve coached it. And I know this truth in my bones:
Life can get better.
You can thrive.
You can feel peace again.
If You’re Asking for Relationship Advice, You Already Know
When women come to me and say,
“He did this and I don’t know why,”
or
“I don’t know what to do,”
My first thought is simple: you already know something isn’t right.
Healthy relationships don’t require constant outside validation. They don’t make you question your worth. They don’t chip away at your confidence. They don’t leave you feeling small.
If you constantly need advice about your relationship, you are not in safety. You are in survival.
And that is not love.
Modern Relationships and Why So Many Feel Hard
It’s 2026. We live in a world of social media comparison, emotional immaturity, ego battles, and endless options. The pressure is loud. The noise is constant. And many relationships feel unstable before they even begin.
Add toxic dynamics, unhealed trauma, and fear of being alone, and it’s no wonder so many women stay in situations that don’t align with them.
We stay because we’re afraid of the alternative.
But here’s the part no one talks about:
The alternative becomes whatever you build.
It’s not a cliff. It’s a blank canvas.
You Do Not Have to Settle
You don’t have to stay where you are tolerated.
You don’t have to beg to be heard.
You don’t have to shrink to make someone else comfortable.
Yes, the world is full of people. But that doesn’t mean you settle for someone who makes you feel invisible. It means the odds of finding someone aligned with you are actually greater than ever.
You don’t need “a person.”
You deserve your person.
Someone who values your voice.
Someone who respects your boundaries.
Someone who adds to your peace instead of disrupting it.
The Hard Truth About Love
Many times, you didn’t love the person. You loved how they made you feel at one point in time.
And when that feeling disappears, we exhaust ourselves trying to resurrect a version of someone who no longer exists.
You cannot love someone back into being who they once were.
You cannot fix what they refuse to see.
And you cannot sacrifice yourself hoping they will eventually wake up.
My Job as a Coach
My role isn’t to save your marriage.
My role is to help you save yourself.
To rebuild your self-worth.
To strengthen your confidence.
To shift your focus back to you.
To remind you who you were before you started shrinking.
When you stop pouring all your energy into a dying relationship and start pouring it into your own healing, growth, and standards…
That’s where the real transformation begins.
That’s where the magic happens.
Final Thoughts: Choose Yourself
If a relationship is breaking your spirit, it is not your job to stay and endure it.
It is your job to choose yourself.
And choosing yourself is not selfish. It’s powerful. It’s brave. And sometimes, it’s the first step toward the healthiest love you’ll ever experience.
You don’t have to settle.
You don’t have to stay stuck.
You don’t have to convince someone to value you.
There is a version of your life waiting on the other side of courage.
And it’s better than you think.
