It’s been one of those snowy weekends.

The kind where the world slows down, you’re stuck inside, and time quietly hands you space to think. I’ve learned to love those moments. They’re rarely wasted. They’re usually where clarity shows up.

And this weekend, I found myself reflecting on something I’ve been doing my entire life without even realizing it.

Helping women.

It started when I was 19, standing behind a salon chair with a pair of scissors in my hand. You know the saying. Women tell their hairdresser everything. And wow… they really do. I heard about marriages, kids, in-laws, sex, careers, self-doubt, exhaustion, dreams put on hold, and that quiet feeling of not being appreciated anywhere.

I didn’t just style hair. I listened. I validated. I reminded women of who they were when they forgot.

Fast forward to today, and I create fine art portraits for women all over the world. But here’s the truth most people don’t realize. A portrait is never just a portrait. It’s a glimpse into someone’s soul. It’s a snapshot of joy, confidence, vulnerability, and self-recognition. It’s what happiness looks like on someone.

I’ve photographed thousands of women at every stage of life. Different ages, stories, struggles, and triumphs. And no matter the stage, one thing is always undeniable. Women need to feel seen. They need to feel heard.

Whether it’s walking out of a salon with a fresh haircut or walking out of a boudoir session standing taller than they’ve ever stood before, the transformation is never about the surface. It’s about being acknowledged.

We’re told far too often to stay quiet. To behave. To not rock the boat. To dim our opinions. To meet expectations. So we do. We tuck ourselves away, second-guess our instincts, stay in our heads, and slowly forget what confidence, satisfaction, and self-love actually feel like.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I see photographs as vision boards. Hair done. Makeup on point. Killer outfits. Strong poses. That woman staring back at you? That’s not a fantasy version of you. That’s you. She already exists.

She doesn’t need permission.

She needs consistency.

That woman shouldn’t show up for one photoshoot and disappear again. She deserves to lead your life every single day.

Becoming a life coach was the most natural next step I could have taken. Because in my studio, I’ve always seen people for who they are. And almost every time, it’s not the same person they see in the mirror.

My goal has never been just to take beautiful photos. My goal is to light a fire. To wake up the inner goddess. To help women live fully, boldly, and unapologetically.

You’ve heard me talk about my “Yes Year.” How saying yes to positive experiences and no to people and patterns that drained me completely changed my life. That’s what life coaching is to me. Helping you release the weight you’ve been carrying that was never yours to hold.

This past year alone, I’ve watched women shift in ways that still give me chills. Their stories have fueled me. They’ve pushed me to think bigger, show up stronger, and make a deeper impact.

So here we are.

A new year. A fresh chapter.

This is the year of growth.

The year of happiness.

The year of choosing yourself.

You don’t need to become someone new.

You just need to step fully into who you already are.

And I’d be honored to walk with you while you do.
